Bullying can take many forms and can no longer be excused as part of your child’s normal educational experience. The law requires schools to investigate all claims that your child has been bullied. Schools must also take steps to prevent bullying in the future, including 1:1 adult support during recess and lunch if necessary. If your child has an anxiety disorder, Autism, or both, teasing and bullying can lead to devastating consequences and should not be ignored.
