We provide services on an hourly basis for those who can afford it. For those who cannot afford to pay the full cost of legal services, we are open to negotiating a fair, reasonable, and affordable retainer and hourly fee.

Many clients come in for an initial intake and decide they know enough to handle the case on their own. We are thrilled when that happens because it means the clients’ funds can go to supporting their child and not to attorneys. We recognize that very few people look forward to hiring attorneys and that we are typically a last resort for parents. If we can point you in the right direction so you can handle the issues independently, that’s great. If we think you need us to improve your child’s standing, we will tell you precisely what we will do and give an estimate as to how much it might cost.
